6-pack abs are one of those things it seems everyone wants. Bodybuilders have them, models have them, that lifeguard from the pool has them, so why can’t you?
The reason most people don’t have a 6-pack is because there’s too much fat in front of them. In order to see a 6-pack, you’d have to be under 10% body fat for men or under 18% for women, versus the average 18-24% for men and 25-31% for women. You can be perfectly healthy, have a super strong core, and still not get that chiseled, rock-hard abs look.
So unless you’re a model or a professional athlete, don’t feel bad that people can’t see your abs.
